I've settled into the idea of doing a half hour of work before bed. Sorting through email. Updating my to-do list. Scheduling some emails to send in the morning. After 9 pm, I'm sufficiently tired that the hyperactive part of my brain that takes pride in jumbling my thoughts throughout the day shuts down just enough to keep me focused without being absolutely brain dead. I can finally think straight. No crazy internal monologue. No snack distractions. 9 pm to midnight is a lovely time.
