My relationship with social media got exponentially healthier once I stopped worrying about my followers loving what I share and instead just focusing on sharing what I love. When you strip social media back to that basic, fundamental purpose, it's really a beautiful thing: everyone on the face of the planet with access to the internet having a platform to share what inspires them, moves them, makes them want to pass that moment of joy onto someone else...
Too bad that's all hidden by the rest of the crap.
