Speaking of: When Taylor Swift Lost "Album of the Year"

I remember watching a Taylor Swift interview once soon after she released her album 1989 where she spoke about the 2014 Grammy Awards in which her album Red was nominated for "Album of the Year" but ultimately lost to Daft Punk's Random Access Memories. I remember her describing the moment she found out she lost and how she thought to herself, "I can either sit here and complain about how the Grammy voters got it wrong, or I can accept that maybe I didn't make the best album of the year, and go back and record a better one."

I think about this a lot.
